Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to change or cancel them, and our terms around renewals, returns, and refunds.
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal, unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date.
Renewal notices
For every subscription, we send three separate email notices so you always have advance warning before a charge:
- A confirmation email at the time you subscribe, explaining that the subscription will renew automatically and how to cancel it.
- A reminder email a few days before each renewal date, notifying you that your subscription is about to renew and your payment method will be charged again.
- A confirmation email on the renewal date itself, once the charge and next delivery have been processed.
Because you receive notice before every renewal, it is your responsibility to review these emails and cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Use the link in any order confirmation email to reach your subscription management page, or on our website under "Manage Your Subscription". Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges; it does not reverse charges or deliveries already processed.
Refunds and returns
If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your payment method will be charged and your next delivery processed as usual. Because advance notice is provided before every renewal, we do not issue refunds for a renewal charge that occurred because a subscription was not cancelled in time.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you've changed your mind about a subscription delivery that has already been charged or shipped.
This policy does not limit your right to a refund or return for items that arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered - see our returns policy for those situations.
